BOOKINGS
- Booking Guidelines
- A card on file is your ticket to making an appointment (no CVV/CVC code needed). Feel free to drop it through your phone, email or the booking section on our website. No card, no booking, sorry!
- Arrive fashionably early - at least 10 minutes before your appointment kicks off.
- Unfortunately, we don’t have the capacity to accommodate your full appointment if you don’t arrive on time. Late arrivals, means less pampering time.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling policy
- Can’t make it? That’s okay! Just make sure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. If you don’t, we’ll have to charge you full price - no exceptions.
- Bring A Friend
- Share your IR Sauna, Cryotherapy or Ice Bathing Session experience with your bestie for a sweet deal of 245 SEK, which you pay upon arrival.
TREATMENTS
- IR Sauna & Ice Bathing Studio
- Don’t worry about bringing robes, towels and slippers, we’ve got it all. We’ve also got the glam covered - skincare products, shower products and a Dyson Hairdryer is at your disposal after your session.
- For the Ice Bathing session make sure to BYOS (bring your own swimsuit).
- LPG Massage
- For LPG Massage, slip into your LPG stocking, provided by us, and watch the magic unfold as we apply our LPG cream (excl. LPG face).
- Full Body Cryotherapy
- Gear up with a headband, disposable face mask, gloves, socks and boots, all provided by us.
- Make sure to bring a sports bra/top without a metal wire/details. You can also bring shorts, or stand in underwear, your choice!

- Terms & Conditions: Valid 1 year after purchase. No refunds or exchanges.

- Product Gift Card
- Only valid on products online.
